We believe that you must be born again to enter into heaven

Being born again is as simple as A B C
  • Admit that you are a sinner (Romans 6:23 "for all have sinned and come short of the glory of
    God"
  • Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31 "believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt
    be saved, and thy house."
  • Confess Jesus as savior and invite him into your heart (Romans 10:9 "That if thou shall
    confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God has raised him
    from the dead, thou shall be saved."
John 3:3 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of
God."
We believe that you should be a part of a church covering.
Hebrews 10:25 "Not forsaking the assembling of yourselves together, as the manner of some is;
but exhorting one another: so much the more as you see the day approaching."
Ephesians 4:11,12 " And He gave some apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists;
and some pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the
edifying of the body of Christ."
What We Believe
Why do we clap our hands?
Psalms 47:1 “O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.”
Why do we stand to sing?
II Chronicles 20:19 “And the Levites, of the children of the Kohathites and of the children of the
Korhites, stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with a loud voice on high.”
Why do we lift our hands?
Psalm 63:4 “Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.”
Why are musical instruments a part of worship?
Psalm 150:3-5 "Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with the stringed instruments and organs. Praise
him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon high sounding cymbals. Let everything that hath breath
praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.”
We are a Spirit Filled church that believes in the gifts of the Holy Spirit
I Corinthians 12: 7 & 10 “But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same
Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to
another divers kinds of tongues; to another interpretation of tongues:”
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back for his church
1 Thessalonians 4:16 " For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the
voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first
Why do we sing in the Spirit and in English?
Ephesians 5:18-19 “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in
your heart to the Lord;”
Why do we prophesy?
I Corinthians 14:3 “But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and
comfort.”
Why do we anoint with oil and lay on hands?
James 5:14 "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray
over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:”
Why are some “slain in the spirit” when prayed for?
II Corinthians 5:13-14 “For whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be
sober, it is for your cause. For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if
one died for all, then were all dead:”
Revelation 1:17 “And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon
me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:”
Acts 9:3-4 “And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round
about him a light from heaven: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul,
Saul, why persecutest thou me?”
Why do we cast out demons?
Mark 16:17 “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils;
they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing,
it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
Matthew 10:8 “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have
received, freely give.”
Matthew 12:28 “But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto
you.”
